The Rationale of the Lecture Series
Faced with the great challenges and constant turbulence that the European Union is facing today, but also in the years to come, taking into account the special role of ECI in enhancing the European Idea and European integration, we decided to start a series of lectures / open communication on serious issues that concern the United Europe, linking each event with what current events dictate, to attract a wider audience.
Under the General Title “Actions for a More Resilient and Democratic Europe”, this intervention hopes to shed light on information and knowledge that is discussed at government level, but the wider public is not aware of how it concerns it or how it determines its daily life.
In the first meeting (Saturday, January 18, 2025, 11 a.m. via zoom), the three speakers will have approximately 30 to 40 minutes to introduce before the interactive process (Q&A) of conversation with the participants.
The action is implemented within the framework of the ongoing action of ECI Citizen Literacy.
