Kay Mühlmann

Mag. Kay Mühlmann is Vice President of the Senate at Universität für Weiterbildung Krems (former Donau-Universität Krems) as well as a Researcher at the Department for Knowledge and Communication Management at UWK. He also serves ECI in his capacity of founding member of the board.

His interests / classes include Complex Systems, Social Behavior, Information Management, Innovation and Narration.

He has participated in many published research projects and teaches in graduate –  postgraduate programs of ECI and DUK.

He is Senior Coordinator of the Erasmus project TISE (“Transition, Innovation and Sustainability Environments 2020-2025“) involves 12 major Universities / Research centers from around Europe and conforms to ECI’s published endeavour for ‘Citizen Literacy’.
